BIRON LEAVES FOR RWDM

Striker Mickäel Biron is moving to RWD Molenbeek with immediate effect. The striker was bought last season from Nancy but was rented for one more year to our French sister club. A few weeks ago he started the preparation with KVO but now he will try his luck at the Brussels 1B club.  

Gauthier GanayeMickäel Biron has qualities as an offensive player, he proved that last season with Nancy and also with KVO in the preparation. However, RWDM came up with an offer we couldn't refuse and in doing so they also outbid other interested clubs. We always strive for a healthy financial balance and this outgoing transfer helps us with that. Apart from that, we currently have enough attacking talent around to be armed for the league start, especially when you know that some of our own youngsters are knocking hard on the door of the first team. Just think of a Musayev who signed his first professional contract earlier this week. It is important that such guys get every opportunity to profile themselves.
