Have you ordered tickets to one of our home games? Then be sure to print them out or have them ready on your smartphone.
Heb je nog geen ticket? De wedstrijdloketten gaan open (indien geen combiregeling) vanaf anderhalf uur vóór de wedstrijd. Je kan er wel enkel cash betalen.

Let wel: bij wedstrijden met combiregeling blijven de loketten gesloten omwille van veiligheidsredenen.

To the stadium - parking

Are you coming to the stadium by bus, tram or train?
Plan your route quickly and easily using De Lijn's online route planner (https://www.delijn.be/nl/).

Will you come to the stadium with your bike?
Bike racks are provided around the stadium, just next to the fan shop.

Are you coming to the stadium by car?
On match days there is no public parking for supporters. Regular parking is possible in the surrounding streets.

Fanshop

Want to score a scarf, hat or match shirt before the game? The fanshop will be open from one and a half hours before the match. You can pay for your purchases in cash or by card.

Entering

The gates of the stadium open from one and a half hours before the match. Scan your season ticket or ticket at the designated entrance on your ticket. There may also be an ID check. So be sure that your ID matches the name on your ticket/abo.

After entering, a brief search will follow by one of our stewards.
Backpacks will not be allowed in the stadium, however, a small handbag is permitted

Please note that only KVO colors are allowed. Supporters of the visiting team should turn to the visitors' section.

Food and drink

In het stadion kan je eten en drinken bij de drank- en eetstanden van jouw tribune. Je betaalt er met een herbruikbare consumptiekaart en laad deze op met het bedrag dat je zelf wenst. Het opladen gebeurt bij de oplaadpunten die je ook kan vinden bij jouw tribune. Heb je reeds een drankkaart of abonnement, dan kan je deze opladen via: https://kvo.roboticket.com/
