NO MORE DRINKING OR EATING IN THE STANDS

DRINK AND FOOD

The football stadiums remain open to the public and we are of course very happy about that. Now more than ever we need your vocal support to get out of this difficult sporting period. But we ask with absolute urgency that you respect the mouth mask obligation in the stadium. This is the only way we can continue to go to football in the coming months.
To enforce this mouth mask requirement, it has also been decided that food and drink will no longer be allowed in the stands.

KVO therefore asks for the full cooperation of every football fan so that the stadiums can remain open to everyone in a safe, coronagraphic manner.

COVID SAFE TICKET

Only 100 % vaccinated or tested supporters may attend the match.
This can be done by showing the Covid certificate, the Covid Safe App or a valid document from the health insurance company.

No valid QR code = no access to the stadium.

At the entrance you have to offer the following items:
- Identity card
- Valid COVID certificate in form of: CovidSafeBe (QR code) or valid European equivalent certificate.
- Match ticket/subscription

The name equalized across all 3 documents.

TICKET SALES

Matchday desks open as from 17h. Fanshop open from 10am-12pm.

C/D/B grandstand only accessible for subscribers with their customer number

Compensation vouchers can be exchanged provided that the COVID measures are also complied with online/in the ticketing service or by e-mail with indication of: name, first name, date of birth of the persons present.

Only KVO boxes, visiting supporters should contact the KAS Eupen ticketing office.

SMOKING ZONE

The smoking areas will remain open. However, smoking inside the stands is strictly forbidden.

VIP AFTER-PARTY

Because it is only allowed to sit at fixed tables in the spectacular hall after the race (and quick tests are not feasible), it is currently not possible to exchange season ticket vouchers for VIP-bands.
