Infiniti Casino Ostend: Main sponsor of KV Oostende officially presented

This morning in the Lounge of the Casino-Kursaal the new main sponsor of KV Oostende was officially presented. Casino Oostende will be present on the jerseys of our Coastal Boys for the next 4 years.

As of August 1st, the casino of Ostend will have a new operator: 'Infiniti Casino Ostend'. Infiniti Casino is a big name in the casino world, they are also the manager of the casino in Dinant and they have three casinos in the scaffolding in Mexico. The ambitions of the new owners are sky-high: Infiniti Casino Oostende is building a totally renovated gaming room where the creation of the right atmosphere is central. In addition to a new gaming room, there will also be a gastronomic restaurant and a champagne bar in the building.

The new owners are also pursuing their sky-high ambitions by sponsoring the three biggest sports clubs in Ostend. After the main sponsorship of KV Oostende was already known, Casino Oostende was also introduced today as a prominent sponsor of basketball club BC Filou Oostende and Hermes Volley Oostende. A good deal for all parties, according to CEO Jurgen de Munck: "Easterners are proud of their sports teams, but should also become proud of their casino again. It's a tradeoff that only has benefits."

Mayor Bart Tommelein looks positively forward to the cooperation, with a nod to the past.: "I do not hide the fact that I am a big supporter of KV Oostende. I just received a message that it was exactly four years ago that I was in Marseille for the European game. I hope that this beautiful partnership with 'infiniti Casino Oostende' will help the club in the quest for a new European success.
