OFFICIAL NOTICE REGARDING ARTICLE IN THE DAILY NEWSPAPER

KV Oostende has taken note of the reports in a newspaper in connection with a theft in the referees' dressing room. KVO emphasized that it was a misunderstanding and immediately rectified the situation and apologized to the match officials after the match for the confusion that had arisen. 

As a club we are always in favour of playful actions but of course the club would never go so far as to commit theft. We want to put this matter behind us and focus on improving our strained relations with the referees.
