ROCHA AND JAKEL ACTIVE WITH THEIR COUNTRY

Kenny Rocha was called up for the World Cup qualifiers in Qatar last week. His country Cape Verde is in group C with Nigeria, Liberia and Central Africa.
With two games played, Rocha and his team are now on the 3^e place of the 4 teams. Their first match on September 1 against Central African Republic ended in a 1-1 draw and on September 7 it was 2-1 for Nigeria. In that last match, the game was decided after a very bizarre and unfortunate owngoal by Rocha. Bad luck for our midfielder.

Also central defender Frederik Jäkel was called up for Germany. He played an exhibition match with the U20 against Norway and before that also against the Czech Republic. In the first match the Germans won convincingly 2-0. Against Norway Jäkel and co were not able to win, it remained 1-1.
Freddy' has already rejoined the Oostende core, Rocha is expected to join the group on Thursday.
