Remarks: Ndicka is not yet match fit after his injury and does not make the selection. Amade and Patoulidis were also not selected. One more player will fall by the wayside of the selection tomorrow.
Preview:
Tomorrow we play our (hopefully) last home game of the season against RFC Seraing. The people of Liège are currently in penultimate place, six points behind the Coastal Boys.
Before the inter-county break, Seraing played a 1-1 draw against Oud-Heverlee Leuven. Maziz scored the goal of the heap a few minutes before the final whistle.
Three players of RFC Seraing are on one card of suspension: Kilota, Maziz and Marius. At KVO, Kenny Rocha Santos is suspended. Gueye, McGeehan, Ambrose and Bätzner are again on one card of suspension.
The first match between KVO and Seraing ended 2-3. For the Liège side, Maziz scored twice, Gueye, Ambrose and Bätzner then scored for the Coastal Boys.
If KVO gets at least a point, we are sure of retention. Seraing needs to win 6/6 to stay in the first division. So, everyone on deck to cheer the Coastboys on to an important three points and to the tenth consecutive season in first division!
Before the match, our Puis Verbiest award will be presented to the most deserving player of this season. There will also be one minute of applause for Cercle goalkeeper Miguel Van Damme.
