Preview:
Saturday evening the Coastal Boys receive the ambitious KV Mechelen in the Diaz Arena. The Mechelen lost 0-2 to Antwerp in their own AFAS Stadium on the first day of the game.

After a solid season, 'The Cockroaches' confirm this year. However, during the off-season saw Malinwa Coach Wouter Vrancken left for Genk and striker Hugo Cuypers sought his footballing fortune at AA Gent. To compensate for this loss, Dutchman Danny Buijs (former FC Groningen coach) was appointed as coach and the transfer-free striker Ngoy came over from the Pandas in Eupen.
Other reinforcements include Lavalée (Mainz), Wouters (Schalke), Lefrancq (OH Leuven), Malede (Gent), Raemaeckers (Deinze) and Hernandez (Chornomorets). Kaya retired from soccer and De Bie went to Lierse Kempenzonen.
Mechelen lost to Antwerp with the following team: Coucke, Walsh, Vanlerberghe, Lavalée, Wouters, Vanhoorebeecke, Shved, Hairemans, Schoofs and Storm. Gouet, Engvall, Bolingoli, Da Cruz and Peyre filled in.
Last season Malinwa won 2-4 from the Coastal Boys after a blistering match. For the Mechelaars, Cuypers, Mrabti (2x) and Hairemans scored. Gueye and Jäkel were the Oostende goal scorers.
